• Your iPhone model and iOS version
• The SnapCube version
• A short description of the problem
• Where it happened: scanning, checking colors, the step-by-step guide, or history

Scanning tips

• Scan in even, soft light. Avoid direct glare on the stickers.
• Hold the cube about 15 to 30 cm from the camera.
• Make sure all nine stickers of a face are visible before it is captured.
• If a color is read wrong, tap the square on the Check Colors screen to fix it.
• If scanning does not work in your lighting, use Enter Colors by Hand on the Scan tab.

The solution does not match my cube

Hold the cube exactly as the first guide screen says, with the named colors on top and facing you, and keep it that way for every step.
